Stylish, effortless and elegant are the keywords when summarising Tahari's latest collection. Elie Tahari is usually synonymous with chic workwear which is what was on show here but this collection elevated that and the pieces could be worn as stylish alternatives to traditional summer workwear but also suitable for everyday and also very easy to transition into night in the shape of silky orange and yellow dresses. The collection had a subtle safari influence with a palette of dark khaki greens paired with bright oranges this was all in soft, silk fabrics for a softer and luxurious feel. Denim was also transformed and made softer and more ladylike when worn with corsets and nude jackets. Throughout the collection there were little touches of luxury with gold metallic tops and gold detailing on white dresses. All in all a lovely, wearable, summer collection from Tahari.
