On Thursday 10th September 2009 Vogue will be hosting a Fashion Night Out in each country where the magazine is published. In the UK, there are a huge number of events happening with a great list of participants including, Chanel, Dior, Jimmy Choo, Browns, Selfridges and many many more. Each participating store will have many events as well as selling the specially designed CRISIS t-shirt designed by Lucinda Chambers.
Here are a few of my favourite events happening on the night.
Chanel: Live Vogue shoot at the Bond Street store, styled by Kate Phelan, and shot by Jean Michel between 7pm and 8pm.
Selfridges: The Ice-Creamists in the Ultralounge (LG) wil be serving a special black ice-cream for the event, the launch of Pussy Galore A/W09 and Agent Provaceuteur launching their new collection. Many more events instore.
Browns: British fashion designers will be taking over the store including, Henry Holland, Marios Schwab and Roksanda Illinic.
Liberty of London: Emma Elwick Vogue Fashion Editor will be at the store in the Hermes scarf boutique giving a talk about how to wear scarves as well as showcasing the 'Hermes pour Liberty' range from 9.30pm
H&M: Oxford Circus and Regent St stores will be holding competitions for the Jimmy Choo for H&M range
